A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A
FULL RELEASE OF A LETTER OF CREDIT SUBMITTED
BY MIRABALES TILE, INC., AND ISSUED BY PRIME
BANK, (NO. LW 6596-1); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach
has previously accepted surety in the amount of $17,655 as
surety for the installation of water and sewer lines within the
Public right-of-way and utilities easements for the above
referenced project; and
WHEREAS, staff has determined and advised that all
work has been satisfactorily completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby approves the full release of surety
submitted by Mirabales Tile, Inc., in the amount of $17,655.
Section 2, That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
