A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE RELEASE OF SURETY IN THE FORM OF A
PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,600.00
FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS MEADOWS PARK -
TRACT "E"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City currently holds surety in the form of
a Performance Bond in the amount of $7,600.00 from Fidelity
and Deposit Company of Maryland to assure that any damage to
the utility system sustained during the housing construction
would be corrected on the project known as Meadows Park Tract
"E"; and
WHEREAS, all housing construction has been completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, based upon the recommendation of staff, hereby
releases surety in the form of a Performance Bond in the
amount of $7,600.00 for the project known as Meadows Park -
Tract "E".
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
