A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
STAFF TO APPLY FOR PHASE Ill: PALM BEACH
COUNTY ROADWAY BEAUTIFICATION GRANT, FOR
NORTH CONGRESS AVENUE MEDIANS (4); AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, upon
recommendation of staff, deems it to be in the best interests of the citizens of the
City of Boynton Beach to authorize and direct staff to apply for Phase II1: Palm
Beach County Roadway Beautification Grant; and
WHEREAS, this grant request is to landscape/irrigate the first four medians
south of Hypoluxo Road on Congress Avenue, and requires a 50/50 match
between the City of Boynt(
