^ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A EASEMENT AGREEMENT FROM GREAT
WESTERN BANK TO THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
(BOYNTON FESTIVE CENTER) A COPY OF SAID
EASEMENT ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Great Western Bank, A Federal Savings Bank, is the owner of the
certain property situate in Palm Beach County, located on Congress Avenue north of
Old Boynton Road in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City desires an easement for water and sewer utilities and/or
other appropriate purposes incidental thereon on, over and across the above
referenced area; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, 'THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does
hereby authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Easement
Agreement between Great Western Bank and the City of Boynton Beach, said
Easement Agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution will become effective immediately upon passage.
