O 00-/~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE ClTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REGARDING THE APPLICATION OF BETHESDA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, LOCATED ON SOUTHEAST 24TM AVENUE, +_ 100 FEET EAST OF ITS INTERSECTION WITH SEACREST BOULEVARD; AMENDING ORDINANCE 91-70 OF SAID CITY BY REZONING A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1AA) TO OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL COMMERCIAL (C-1); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILI-FY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has adopted Ordinance No. 91-70, in which a Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and WHEREAS, Russell IVlorrison, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Tnc., as agent for Bethesda Memorial Hospital, owner of the property more particularly described hereinafter, has heretofore filed a Petition, pursuant to Section 9 of Appendix A-Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the purpose of rezoning a certain tract of land, said land being more particularly described hereinafter, from Single Family Residential (R-1AA) to Office and Professional Commercial (C-1); and WHEREASf the City Commission deems it in the best interests of the inhabitants of said City to amend the hereinafter set forth. NOWf THEREFORE~ BE I'T aforesaid Revised Zoning Map as ORDAZNED BY THE CTTY COMMi'SSTON OF THE CI'TY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORZDA, THAT: Section 1: The following described land, located Boynton Beach, Florida as set forth as follows: Lots 29 and 30 of HIGH POINT, Section 33, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida. in the City of Section 5: passage. FIRST READING this ~e and the same is hereby rezoned from Single Family Residential (R-1AA) to 3ffice and Professional Commercial (C-1). A location map is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part of this Ordinance by reference. Attached as Exhibit 'B" is a copy of the conditions/requirements for this rezoning, which are ncorporated herein. Section 2: That the aforesaid Revised Zoning Map of the City shall be ~mended accordingly. Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are lereby repealed. Section 4: Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or any )ortion thereof be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such Jecision shall not affect the remainder of this Ordinance.
