A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. R96-37,
REGARDING THE PROPOSAL OF T&J EQUITIES,
INC., FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT KNOWN AS THE
MARINA PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City had passed Resolution No. R96-37 on March 19, 1996,
which accepted the proposal of T&J Equities, Inc., dated January 19, 1996, for the
development of the downtiown Marina Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission now desires to rescind that Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
does hereby rescind Resolution No. R96-37, dated March 19, 1996.
Section 2. This Resolution will become effective immediately upon
passage.
