A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE FULL RELEASE OF THE CASH BOND IN THE
AMOUNT OF $18,148.19 TO MOUW ASSOCIATES, INC.;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer of St. Vincent DePaul Seminary
Library/Administration Building, Mouw Associates, Inc., placed a cash surety bond
with the City at the commencement of the utilities construction to this site; and
WHEREAS, the developer has fully completed the work, and has provided
the City a Bill of Sale, Easements and a one-year warranty for all improvements to
be owned and operated by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby authorizes the full release of the cash bond in the amount of $18,148.19 to
Mouw Associates, Inc.
Section 2.
passage.
That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
