A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A
ROTATING ROLL CALL PROCEDURE FOR VOTING;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach
has deemed it to be in the best interests of the residents and
citizens of the City to adopt a rotating roll call procedure for
voting purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT~ COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby does adopt a rotating roll call procedure,
as follows: The roll call voting procedure for the Mayor and
City Commissioners shall be a rotating roll call that on each
subsequent roll call the name first called on the previous roll
call shall rotate to the end of the roll call list and the roll
call list otherwise remaining in the same order.
Section 2. This Resolution shall
immediately upon passage.
