A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE
1990 EDITION OF ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER
NEWLY REVISED (LIBRARY OF CONGRESS CARD NO.
ISBN 0673-38734-8) AS OFFICIAL RULES OF ORDER;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach deems it to be
in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City to adopt certain rules of
order for conducting City business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does
hereby adopt the 1990 Edition of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, Library of
Congress Card No. ISBN 0673-38734-8, as the Official Rules of Order for conducting
City business.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
