4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
5 FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. ROS-190, TO
6 CORRECTLY REFLECT MAY 31, 2012 AS THE
7 EXPIRATION OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
8 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND BOYNTON JCP
9 ASSOCIATES, LTD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
10 DATE.

13 WHEREAS, the City Commission approved Resolution No. R05-190, amending a
14 previous Resolution which authorized the City of Boynton Beach to enter into an Agreement
15 with Boynton JCP Associates, L TD; and
16 WHEREAS, the Agreement permits the Boynton JCP Associates, LTD to host up to
17 twelve (12) special events per calendar year; and
18 WHEREAS, the expiration of the agreement should be extended to allow the
19 Boynton Beach Mall to hold the unused and remaining events from the Agreement.
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
21 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
22 Section 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
23 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption
24 hereof.
25 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does
26 hereby authorize and direct the amendment of Resolution 05-190 to reflect May 31, 2012 as
27 the expiration of the Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and Boynton JCP
28 Associates, LTD., so that the Boynton Beach Mall is allowed to host up to twelve (12)
29 special events per year in their southeast and southwest parking lots, pursuant to the
30 Agreement.

1 Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
