AMENDING ORDINANCE 02-013 TO REZONE A
PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 2632 NORTH
FEDERAL HIGHWAY, EAST OF FEDERAL
HIGHWAY AND NORTH OF DIMICK ROAD AS
1 MORE FULLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM
1 INFILL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (IPUD)
1 WITH A MASTER PLAN FOR MULTIFAMILY

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has I

adopted Ordinance No. 02-013, in which a Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; I

21 WHEREAS, Lancore Nursery, LLC., owner of the property located on the east side I
2 of Federal Highway, North of Dimick Road in Boynton Beach, Florida, as more particularly I

2 described herein, has filed a Petition, through its agent, Bonnie Miskel, Esquire and Lauren I
I

2 Lending of Siegel, Lipman, Dunay, Shepard & Miskel, LLP., pursuant to Section 9 of
2 Appendix A-Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the
2 purpose of rezoning a parcel of land, said land being more particularly described hereinafter,

2 from Infill Planned Unit Development (IPUD) with a master plan for a multifamily use to

2 Infill Planned Unit Development (IPUD) with a master plan for a marina use; and I
I
2 WHEREAS, the City Commission conducted a public hearing and heard testimony I
3 and received evidence which the Commission finds supports a rezoning for the property I
