3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
4 OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
5 APPOINTING JEFF LIVERGOOD AS A
6 REPRESENT A TIVE TO THE TECHNICAL
7 ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO THE
8 METROPOLIT AN PLANNING ORGANIZATION
9 AND APPOINTING MICHAEL RUMPF AS
10 ALTERNATE REPRESENT A TIVE TO THE
11 TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO THE
12 METROPOLIT AN PLANNING ORGANIZATION;
13 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

15 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled
16 to representation on the Technical Advisory Committee to the Metropolitan Planning
17 Organization; and
18 WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualificatiom necessary for
19 such representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right
20 and honor of service.
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
22 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
23 Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as
24 being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
25 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida hereby
26 appoints Jeff Livergood, Director of Public Works and Engineering as a representative on the
27 Technical Advisory Committee to the Metropolitan Planning Organization and appoints
28 Michael Rumpf, Director of Plarming and Zoning as alternate representative on the Technical
29 Advisory Committee to the Metropolitan Planning Organization.

1 Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
