2] WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City Boynton Beach deems it to be in
22 the best interests of the residents and citizens of the City to tit)' this Memorandum;
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE

25 OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:

27 Section 1. The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are true and c rrect and hereby
28 ratified and confirmed by the City Commission.
29 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Flor
30 hereby ratify the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Boynton Beach
31 the SEIU Florida Public Services Union, CTW, CLC ("SEIU") (White Collar) Amending
32 Article 52, Duration, that the City would waive any monetary benefit paid to a bargaining
