AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYI~TON BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 9-36- (SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES), OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVID- ING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section i. The subsequent permit fees for individual units shall conform with the original schedule. For every .mpere over 2000 an additional charge will be computed as follows: $26.00 for each 100 amps above 2000 single phase. 39.00 for each 100 amps above 2000 if 240V30. 52.00 for each 100 amps above 2000 if 480V30. For every outlet over 10 an additional $0.85 per outlet shall be charged in addition to the 'minimum permit. Authority to Codify: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify and incorporate this ordinance in ---the City's existing Code. Section 3. Separability: Each o~ the provisions o~ this ordinance is separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and ii any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, _f the remaining portion shall not be a~fected but shall remain in iull force and effect. Section 4. Repealin~ Provision: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 5.
