5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
6 BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE EXTENSION
7 OF CONSULTANT AGREEMENT TO HDR
8 ENGINEERING, INC., FOR REAL EST A TE
9 ADMINISTRATOR ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS FOR
10 TWO ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR PERIOD; AND
11 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

14 WHEREAS, on June 9, 2009 the City Commission approved the Annual Contract
15 for a Real Estate Administrator with HDR Engineering, Inc., of Tampa, Florida under RFP
16 #034-12 1 0-09/CJD; and
17 WHEREAS under the provisions of the RFP two additional one year extensions
18 were permitted; and
19 WHEREAS, upon recommendation of staff, the City Commission of the City of
20 Boynton Beach does hereby approve the extension of the Annual Contract with HDR
21 Engineering, Inc., of Tampa, Florida for two additional one year periods.
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
23 OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
24 Section 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed
25 as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon
26 adoption hereof.
27 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
hereby approves the extension of the Annual Contract with HDR Engineering, Inc., of
2 Tampa, Florida for Real Estate Administrator on an as needed basis for two additional one

1 I year periods.
2 Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately.
