THAT THE A~ACHED D~SC~NER BE RECORDED ~N
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNt,
FLORIDA; PROViDiNG FOR CONFLICTS,
SEVE~BIL~ AND AN EFFE~VE DATE.
WHEREAS, the applicant, R. Joseph Mulhern, Agent for Ameritech
International, has requested abandonment of an a~by, located on S.W. 3rd
Avenue, east of S.W. 8m ~ Street; and
~~s, comments have been solicited from the appropriate CiW
Depa~ments; and
WHEREAS~ public hearings have been held before the CiW's Planning and
Zoning Board and the CiW Commission on the proposed abandonment; and
WHEREAS~ based on the foregoing information, the said alley no longer
se~es any useful purpose.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIW COMMISSION
OF THE C~W OF BOYNTOE BEA¢H~ FLOR]DA~ THAT:
Se~ion 1.. The CiW Commission of the CiW of Boynton Beach, Florida
by and through its CiW Commission does hereby abandon an alley, located on
S.W. 3rd Avenue, east of S.W. 8th ~ Street, and more pa~icularly described
in ~hibit "A".
Se~ion 2. The Mayor and CiW Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
~o execute and deliver the a~ached Disclaimer and cause the same to be filed in
~he Public Records of Palm Beach.CounW, Florida.
Se~ion 3. All ordinances or paKs of ordinances in confli~ herewith be

~nd the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any section or proviSion of this ordinance or portion
~ereof, any paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a court of competent
iurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of this
immediately upon

Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
