A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF SW 8TH STREET AND FULL
RELEASE OF SURETY FOR THE WORK IN THE AMOUNT
OF $336,528 TO TRADEWINDS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, staff has verified the status of completion of the
work of subject roadway; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon recommendation, of staff and certification from Design
Professional CCL Consultants, inc. that SW 8th Street has been
completed in accordance with City of Boynton Beach codes,
ordinances and regulations hereby authorizes full release of surety
in the amount of $336,528 (previously reduced from $529,397.40 by
R92-87) to Tradewinds Development Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, hereby authorizes full release of Letter of Credit UNB
1417 in the amount of $336,528 to Tradewinds Development
Corporation.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
