A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE RELEASE OF RESTORATION SURETY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $20,000 TO TRAMMELL CROW RESIDENTIAL
(THE VININGS OF BOYNTON BEACH PHASE I); AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, staff has verified completion of restoration work
associated with their excavation and fill reclamation plan for
Phase I on the above property; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon recommendation of staff and certification from Design
Professional CCL Consultants, Inc., hereby authorizes full release
of restoration surety in the amount of $20,000 to Trammell Crow
Residential (The Vinings of Boynton Beach Phase I).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,.FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, hereby authorizes full release of Phase I restoration
surety in the amount of $20,000 to Trammell Crow Residential.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
