A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
ACCEPTANCE OF THE REPLAT FOR PLAT NO. 10 OF
QUANTUM PARK FOR PJM AT QUANTUM PARK WHICH IS
ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
upon recommendation of staff, does hereby accept the Replat of Plat
No. !0 of Quantum Park for PJM at Quantum Park, which is attached
hereto as Exhibit 'A"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section i. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, does hereby approve the Replat of Plat No. 10 of Quantum
Park for PJM at Quantum Park which is attached hereto as Exhibit
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
