A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
ACCEPTANCE OF THE FINAL PLAT FOR FOUR WAVES AT
SAUSALITO PLACE P.U.D., ALSO APPROVING THE
FORM AND CONTENT OF THE DECLARATION OF
RESTRICTIONS FOR FOUR WAVES AT SAUSALITO
PLACE; SURETY; AND THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT,
WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE ATTACHED HERETO AS
COMPOSITE EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
upon recommendation of staff, does hereby accept the Final Plat for
Four Waves at Sausalito Place P.U.D., and also approves the Letter
of Credit No. S528440 in the amount of $748,400, the form and
content of the Declaration of Restrictions for Four Waves at
Sausalito Place and the Maintenance Agreement, which documents are
attached hereto as composite Exhibit "A"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, does hereby approve the Final Plat for Four Waves at
Sausalito Place P.U.D. and also approves the surety and form and
content of the Declaration of Restriction for Four Waves at
Sausalito Place and the Maintenance Agreement, which documents are
attached hereto as composite Exhibit "A"
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
