A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLOR I DA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A WATER SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND ANTOINETTE ANSELMO AND LORETTA
O'BRIEN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the subject property is located on the at the east side of the
Highway between Boynton Beach and Delray Beach and has a physical address
cf 3705 N. Federal Highway; and
WHEREAS, a City water main was extended past this property as part of the
Tradewinds Estates project and owner is anxious to connect to a reliable water
supply;
WHEREAS, staff has no objection to service the subject parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute a Water Service Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
and Antoinette Anselmo and Loretta O'Brien, said Agreement being attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
