A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
PAY RATES FORTHE 1995-1996 FISCAL YEAR FOR
CERTAIN MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES; APPROVING
PAY, RATES FOR NPN-UNIQN, CLASSIFIED AND
NON~p~ASSIFIED MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. '
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of staff, the City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach deems it to be in the best interest of the residents of the City to approve
pay rates for the 1995-1996 fiscal year for certain municipal employees, those being non-
union, classifiedal'1d non-classifiedmunicipel employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The non-union municipal employees who were part of the classified
and non-classified employees pay plan matrix for fiscal year 1995-1996 shall be entitled
to a 3% increase in pay above their September 30, 1995 pay, on their fiscal year 1995-
1996 employment anniversary date, subject to their receipt of a satisfactory or better
performance evaluation.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this /9 day of September, 1995.
