AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
AMENDING THE CITY ORGANIZATIONAL CHART,
PROVIDING FOR A REPEALING CLAUSE~ PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES°
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, to update the City
Organizational Chart;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1o That Chapter 2, "Administration",
ArtiCle 1, Section 2.1 be amended by substituting the
attached City of Boynton Beach Org~gnizational Chart dated
May 10, 1983 for the current Organizational Chart.
Section 2. That remaining provisions of Chapter
2, which would not conflict with the provisions of Section i
are hereby ratified and reaffirmed.
Section 3. That all Ordinances or parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed-.
Section 4. Should any Section or provisions of
this Ordinance or portion hereof be declared by a court of
competent jurisdiction to be valid, such decision should not
affect the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 5. That this Ordinance should be
effective immediately upon its passage.
Section 6. That authority is hereby granted to
codify this Ordinance.
