A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING
A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM RESOLUTION TRUST
CORPORATION, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 611 N.E.
6TH AVENUE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, as a result of several liens being placed on the
property located at 611 N.E. 6th Avenue, the owners of the
property, ResolUtion Trust Corporation, has expressed an
interest in conveying this property to the City of Boynton
Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
~ The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, hereby accepts the Quit Claim Deed from Resolution
Trust Corporation for property located at 611 N.E. 6th
Avenue.
~ That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
