A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF ANAGREEMENT WITH LAWSON, NOBLE &
WEBB, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,000.00 FOR
POTABLE WATER MAIN EXTENSION AND ON-SITE
SANITARY SEWER SERVICE CONNECTIONS FOR THE
ROLLING GREEN~NICIPAL COMPLEX; ANDPROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the staff
recommendation to award a contract to Lawson, Noble & Webb, Inc.,
and concurs with that recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the city Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
deems it beneficial to enter into an agreement with Lawson, Noble
& Webb, Inc., in the amount of $8,000.00 in accordance with the
proposal for services dated August 7, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
execute the agreement between the City and Lawson, Noble & Webb,
Inc., for design and permitting services, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

As requested, we have prepared this proposal for Engineering Services for the above
mentioned project. We understand you wish our firm to provide design and permitting
services for Paving, Grading, Drainage, On-Site Potable Water Main Extensions and
On-Site Sanitary Sewer Service Connection.
A. DESIGN

Irrigation and landscaping design for this project can be performed
for a separate fee.

separate fee.
Any additional services to be provided pursuant to the approved
attached hourly rate schedule if authorized by the City.
ACCEPTANCE
This proposal and fee schedule are based on their acceptance within thirty (30) days
of the date of preparation. If not accepted by you within that time period, we reserve
the right to re, evaluate the terms and conditions contained herein. The fees for any
work not initiated within a six (6) month period from the date of this proposal will be
adjusted upward at the rate of 1.5 percent per month after the six (6) month period
until the work is complete.
