A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A
RELEASE OF SURETY TO LENNAR HOMES (BOYNTON
LAKES - PLAT 5) AND PROVIDING ANEFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach has previously accepted surety in the amount of
$455,684.40 for required site improvements for the above
referenced project; and
WHEREAS, staff has determined and advised that all
required site improvements have been substantially completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITYCOMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida hereby approves the release of surety
submitted by Lennar Homes (Boynton Lakes - Plat 5) to reflect
substantial completion of the required site improvements and
conformance with City Land Development Regulations, as
certified by Engineer of Record Rossi and Malavasi.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5 day of September, 1995.
