A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND Z.E.TAHERI, M.D.,
AS TRUSTEE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the subject property is located on the southwest corner of Flavor
Pict Road, outside the City Limits, but within our utilities service area; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary development plan for this site indicates that 160
housing units are proposed; and
WHEREAS, this utility does plan to construct a 12-inch water main on the north
side of Flavor Pict Road for an emergency interconnect with Palm Beach County's
Utilities Department's potable water system; and
WHEREAS, this utility current has sufficient water and sewer capacity
to serve the proposed facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Water Service Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach, Florida and
Z.E.Taheri, M.D., Trustee, said Agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
