A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
THE PROPOSAL FROM GEE & JENSEN, WHICH
PROVIDES FOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
SERVICES FOR PHASE III OF THE CDBG PROGRAM
CONSTRUCTION; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
PROPOSAL, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City has previously on April 14, 1994, entered
into an Agreement for Professional Services with Gee & Jensen
for Phase III of the CDBG Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has determined that it is in
the best interests of the citizens and residents to accept a
proposal from Gee and Jensen for contract administration
services for Phase III of the CDBG program construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
~ The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby approves the proposal from Gee & Jensen,
which provides for contract administration services for Phase
III of the CDBG Program construction, a copy of which proposal
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
~ That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ~ day of June, 1995.
