A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
ACCEPTANCE OF THE FINAL PLAT FOR NAUTICA PLAT
II P.U.D., ALSO APPROVING THE FORM AND CONTENT
OF THE DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS FOR NAUTICA
PLAT II AND THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, WHICH
DOCUMENTS ARE ATTACHED HERETO AS COMPOSITE
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
upon rec6mmendation of staff, does hereby accept the Final Plat for
NAUTICA PLAT II P.U.D., and also approves the form and content of
the Declaration of Restrictions for NAUTICA PLAT II and the
Maintenance Agreement, which documents are attached hereto as
composite Exhibit "A"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, does hereby approve the Final Plat for NAUTICA PLAT II, a
P.U.D. and also approves the form and content of the Declaration of
Restrictions for NAUTICA PLAT II and the Maintenance Agreement,
which documents are attached hereso as composite Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
