A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE FULL RELEASE OF SURETY
BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF $36,300.00 TO
MARRIOTT CORPORATION (BRIGHTON GARDENS);
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in March, 1993, Marriott Corporation presented
a surety bond to the City in the amount of $36,300, from
Seaboard Surety Co., as a guarantee for the construction of
water and sewer improvements to serve the proposed Brighton
Gardens facility; and
WHEREAS, staff has verified completion of the required
improvements on the above property; and
WHEREAS, the City Commissmon of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby
authorizes full release of a surety bond in the amount of
$36,300 to Marriott Corporation (Brighton Gardens).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:

Beach, Florida hereby authorizes full release of surety in the
amount of $36,300 to Marriott Corporation (Brighton Gardens).

effective immediately upon passage.
