AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 13'38 "LICENSE
AND REGISTRATION FEES", ARTICLE II, "CON-
TRACTORS", CHAPTER 13, "LICENSES" BY
REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY SECTION 13'~8;
PROVIDING FOR A REPEALER CLAUSE; PROVIDING
A SAVINGS CLAUSE; REPEALING~ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, be amended by repealing Section 13-38
"License and Registration Fees", Article II, "Contractors",
Chapter 13, "Licenses" in its entirety.
Section 2. Authority to Codify. Specific authority
is hereby granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in
the City's existing Code.
Section 3. Separability. Each of the provisions of
this Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase,
or sentence, and if any portion thereof Shall be declared invali~
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 4. Repealing Provisions. All Ordinances or
parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall
become effective immediately upon its passage.
