AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
CHAPTER 16 "PARKS AND RECREATION" DIVISION
2 "CONDUCT REGULATED" BY ADOPTING SECTION
16-59 "OVERNIGHT BOAT DOCKING PROHIBITED"
AND ADOPTING SECTION 16-60 "ESTABLISHING
HOURS OF USE AT CITY BOAT CLUB PARK;"
PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING
AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That Chapter 16, Division 2. "Conduct Regulated" by
adopting Section 16-59 "Overnight Boat Docking Prohibited" of
the codified ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, said section
is adopted and shaI1 read as follows:
Section 16-59 Overnight Boat Docking Prohibited
It shall be unlawful for any persons to camp overnight on the
grounds of Boat Club Park or to dock their boats on the shore-
lines or ramp area of said Boat Club Park either overnight or on
a permanent docking basis.
Section 2.
That Chapter 16 "Parks and Recreation" Division 2.

Regulated" of the codified ordinances of the City of Boynton
Beach is hereby amended by the adoption of Section 16-60, which
will read as follows:
Section 16-60
Establishing Hours of Use at
City Boat Club Park.
The Boat Club Park shall be closed at 10:00 P.M. to all
"Conduct
persons, except for fishermen and boaters actively engaged in
fishing or boating or preparation thereof and official permit
holders utilizing the boat club building, and it shall be
unlawful for any, except the enumerated persons to enter said
park between the hours of 10:00 P.'M. and dawn of the next day.
Section 3.
Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
Section 4.
That should any section or provision of this ordinance or
portion thereof be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of
this ordinance.
Section 5.
Authority is hereby granted to codify the provision of this
ordinance.
Section 6,
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
second reading and final passage.
