A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF TIlE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLOR/DA, AUTHORIZING
A FULL RELEASE OF THE SURETY CAROUSEL
DEVELOPMENT AND RESTORATION, INC.,
(FORMERLY KNOWN AS CARRIAGE GATE PUD) IN
THE AMOUNT OF $11,962.07; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the project was completed several years ago, and the water and sewer
transferred to the City for ownership and maintenance; and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of staff, the City Commission hereby authorizes
of the remaining $11,962.07;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, based
upon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves a full release of the surety for Carousel
and Restoration, Inc., (formerly known as Carriage Gate PUD), in the amount
orS11,962.07.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
