A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF THE
MASTER PLAN - ALTERNATIVE "D" FOR
INTRACOASTAL PARK WATERWAY PARK;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WI-IEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has
been provided with a final draft of the park master plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, after review
and at the recommendation of staff, has determined that it is in the best interests of the
citizens and residents of the City of Boynton Beach to approve the Master Plan -
Alternative "D" for Intracoastal Park Waterway Park;
NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COMMISSION
OF TI-IE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
The above recitals are tree and correct and are hereby incorporated

Section 3.
Section 2. The City Commission hereby approves the Master Plan -
"D" for Intracoastal Park Waterway Park, which Master Plan is attached
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof;
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
