A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ADOPTING FEES FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT
RELATED ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, AND PROVIDING ANEFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has amended the Code
of Ordinances to allow for the establishment of fees for Land
Development Related Activities by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach
deems it to be in the best interest of the citizens and
residents of the City to adopt fees for Land Development
Related Activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:

adopted.

effective immediately upon passage.

will be automatically cancelled if a check is returned; to re-apply an

applicant based on the hourly salary of employees involved in the review, plus
35% for fringe benefits.
** Credited to Plat Review Fee.
*** Cost of advertising and staff time will be billed to applicant based
on hourly salaries plus 35% for fringe benefits.
**** Actual cost of postage will be due from applicant.
