R95-~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING FEES FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT RELATED ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, AND PROVIDING ANEFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has amended the Code of Ordinances to allow for the establishment of fees for Land Development Related Activities by resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach deems it to be in the best interest of the citizens and residents of the City to adopt fees for Land Development Related Activities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: ~uT~iD/L_i~ The list of Fees for Land Development Related Activities attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted. ~ That' this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
