RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE CONVEYANCE OF FIVE (5) PARCELS OF REAL
PROPERTY PURSUANT TO THE CITY'S INFILL
CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM AND; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, has heretofore established
a infill housing construction program for the purposes of
supporting affordable housing for low and moderate income citizens;
and
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore expressed its support of the
efforts of the Boynton Beach Community Development (hereinafter
referred to as "Boynton Beach CDC") as an eligible sponsor of the
Florida Department of Community Affairs Community Contribution Tax
Incentive Program; and
WHEREAS, the individuals hereinafter listed are qUalified to
receive a conveyance of property by Special Warranty Deed in
accordance with the City's Infill Construction Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Manager and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute Special Warranty Deeds in favor of the
following individuals for the properties set forth following their
names:
1.
Priscilla A. Henry - Lots 17 & 18.1, Block 2, Happy Home
Heights Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 11,
Page 30, Palm Beach County, Florida.
Cathy Brown - Lot 7, plus East 21.5 ft. of Lot 8, Block
7, Happy Home Heights Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 11, Page 30, of the Public Records of Palm Beach
County, Florida.
Yvonne Butler - Lot 7, Block 45, 2nd Addition to Rolling
Green Ridge Subdivision, as Recorded in Plat Book 26,
Page 214 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida.
Singletary Kinlaw - Lot 8, Block 44, 2nd Addition to
Rolling Green Ridge Subdivision, as Recorded in Plat Book
26, Page 214 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County.
