A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING
THE ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER NEWLY REVISED
AS OFFICIAL RULES OF ORDER; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach deems it
be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City to adopt certain
rules of order for conducting City business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby adopt the Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, as the Official
Rules of Order for Conducting City Business.
Section 2.

This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
