AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 11.1 APPENDIX A
"ZONING" OF THE BOYNTON BEACH CITY CODE,
1981 CODIFICATION; AMENDING SECTION 11.1
C4; PROVIDING FORAUTHORITY TO CODIFY;
PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE; REPEAL-
ING PROVISION; AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA;
Section 1. Section 11.1 Appendix A "Zonzng' " of the
Boynton Beach City Code, 1981 Codification, Section 11.1 C4 shall
read as follows:
4. In the event title to any nonrconforming lot or
lots described in this section is conveyed to an individual owner
or owners subsequent to the effective date of this amendment
[May 3, 1978], or the. owner of said non-conformin_~ lot or lots
owns three or mo~e conti_~ous lots as of this amendment, then in
that event, the owner will be required t'o combine and/or r~ 1~
said lots in order to com~_~iwith these ref~u_lations and the
exceptional provisions of this section shall not be applicable to
said lot or lots, and prior to issuance of a building permit for
construction of improvements on any of said lot or lots, the owne~
shall be required to purchase, or acquire, additional adjacent
property to meet minimum lot requirements established by ordinance
or in the alternative, to obtain a variance or special exception
from the municipal board of adjustment for the~use of subject
property.
