A "ZONING", CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO DEFINE TIME
SHARING HOTEL, TO INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY
BUILDING OR PART THEREOF IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF USE
OR OCCUPANCY OF ANY UNIT CIRCULATES AMONG VARIOUS
OCCUPANTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH A FIXED TIME SCHEDULE
ON A PERIODICALLY RECURRING BASIS, AND REQUIRING
TIME SHARING UNITS TO BE A MINIMUM OF 750 SQUARE
FEET PER ~UNIT, AND TO AMEND SECTION 6C-1 OF
APPENDIX A "ZONING" TO INCLUDE AS A PERMITTED USE,
TIME SHARING HOTEL~ REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING
FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS
CLAUSE; EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach
~ to regulate time sharing or interval-ownership condominiums
in the same manner as hotels are currently regulated under the
zoning code of the City, ~but without regard to the form of owner-
ship of property or residential units therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Appendix A "Zoning" is amended
to read:
Section 1. Definition.
Time sharing hotel. The term shall include, but shall

Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are here'by repealed.
Section 4. Each of the provisions of this ordinance- is
separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any
portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion
shall not 'be affected, 'but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
