AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80-19 OF
THE SAID CITY BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL
OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HERE-
INAFTER FROM C-3 "COMMUNITY COM~fERCIAL
DISTRICT" TO C-1 "OFFICE PROFESSIONAL
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT", PROVIDING FOR A
SAVINGS CLAUSE; REPEALING PROVISION;
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 80-19 in which a
revised zoning map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, an application has been received to amend said
zoning map and to rezone certain property within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida has reviewed said application and recommende
its approval thereof by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best
interest of the inhabitants of the City to amend the aforesaid
revised zoning map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITy
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: t
SeCtion 1. That the following described land located
in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
A parcel of land in Section 30, Township 45 South,
Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
Co~m~xencing at the Southeast corner of said Section
30; thence N 0°51'37'' W, a distance of 40 feet, thence
S. 88°22'15'' W, a distance of 50.00 feet to the point
of beginning; thence continue S 88°22'15'' W, a dis-
tance of 445.08 feet; thence N l°20'08'' W, a distance
of 774.00 feet; thence along the arc of a curve concave
to the northwest, having a central angle of 6°43~40'',
a radius of 1949.86 feet, a length of 228.96 feet;
thence along the arc of a curve concave to the
Southeast, having a central angle of 4°52'~0'' a radius
of 1869.86 feet, a distance of 158.82 feet; thence S
3°37'36'' E, a distance of 5.00'; thence along the
arc of a curve concave to the South, having a central
angle of 0°46'05'', a radius of 1864.86 feet, a dis-
tance of 25.00 feet; thence S 46°48'21'' E, a dis-
tance of 35.00 feet; thence S0°51'37'' E, a distance
of 25.00 feet; thence S 88o12'32'' E, a distance of
14.74 feet; thence S 0°51'37'' E, a distance of
744.47 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
8.06 acres', more or less.

be and the same is hereby rezoned from C-3 "Community Commercial
District", to C-1 "Office Professional Commercial District"
Section 2. The aforesaid revised zoning map of the
City shall be amended accordingly.
Section 3. Should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof be declared by a court of com-
petent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect
the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 4. Ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
