AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYb~ON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80,14 TO PROVIDE FOR AN AMENDED
ESTIMATE OF REVENUE AND EXPENSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING O ~TOBER 1, 1980 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1981.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, appropriations ordinances, being Ordinance 79-26
and Ordinance 80-14, were heretofore passed and adopted by the
City Council of said City, adopting a budget showing revenue of
the City from all sources and the estimated expenditures to the
various purposes for the ensuing fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption cf said Ordinance No.
79-26 and Ordinance No. 80-14, the City of Boynton ~esch had
unappropriated Federal Revenue Sharing in the amount of $7,219.00
in the~.fQ~m~of~Ant~recession Fiscal Assistance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City deems it essential
to appropriate the said amount of $7,219.00 to various departments
as hereinafter provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the estimated unappropriated Federal
Revenue Sharing in the amount of $7,219.00 in the form of Anti-
recession Fiscal Assistance for the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
is hereby acknowledged.
Section 2. That the said $7~219.00 is hereby appropriated
to be expended as follows:
1) Audit $ 200
2) City Council Chambers 6,119
3) Photocopy Print Dryer 900
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
