HALL, BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 1982.

James Vance, City Attorney
In accordance with Section 56 of the City Charter, Mayor Trauger
called the special meeting to order at 7:01 P.M. to consider a
resolution authorizing acquisition by eminent domain of well sites.
Mr. Vance said it was his understanding that the owners have now
agreed to deliver to the city the necessary easements and we should
receive them Thursday morning. However, due to delays encountered
in the past, he recommended adoption of the resolution.
The City Attorney read Proposed Re~0lution No. 82-MMM by title only:
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
DECTARING ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREINAFTER FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF RAW WATER WELLS, TOGETHER WITH EASEMENTS FOR ~ IN-
STALLATION OF UNDERGROUND PIPES, SANITARY HAZARD RESTRICI~D AREA
EAS~KNTS AND A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT, TO BE A PUBLIC NECES-
SITY; AUTHORIZING THE ~4P~ OF APPRAISERS AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS.
Councilman deLong moved to adopt Resolution 82-MMM. Motion seconded
by Vice Mayor Warnke and a roll call vote was taken.

Vice Mayor Warnke - Aye
Motion carried 5-0.
Councilman deLong moved to adjourn.
