PRESENT
Walter Marty Trauger, Mayor
James R. Warnke, Vice Mayor
Joe deLong, Councilman
Patricia Woolley, Councilmember
Samuel Lamar wright, councilman
Peter L. Cheney, City Manager
Tereesa Padgett, City Clerk
Mayor Trauger called the special meeting to order at 8:03 P.M.
immediately following the close of the Executive Session on
Union negotiations, for the express purpose of appointing an
alternate member to the Board of Adjustment.
Councilman deLong mowed to open nominations for an alternate
member on the Board of Adjustment. Motion seconded by Council-
man Wright and carried 5-0.
Councilman deLong nominated Louis Reiser, 330 N.E. 26th Avenue.
He stated that Mr. Reiser is a retired tax collector and tax
assessor from New Jersey.
Councilman deLong moved that nominations be closed.
seconded by Councilmember Woolley and carried 5-.0.
Motion
Vice Mayor Warnke moved to declare Louis Reiser as an alternate
member by acclamation. Motion seconded by Councilman deLong
and carried 5-0.
Upon motion by Councilman deLong, the meeting was properly
adjourned at 8:06 P.M. and the Council went into Workshop
session on the Utility Budget.
