Mayor Trauger called the special meeting to order in accordance
with Section 56 of the Charter to consider the proposed millage
rate for 1982 and to set the date, time, and place to hold the
Public Hearing in regard to the budget.
Vice Mayor Warnke moved to approve the millage rate of 5.1822
as proposed for 1982. Motion seconded by Councilman Wright
and Mayor Trauger requested a roll call vote.

Motion carried 4-0.
Councilman deLong moved to schedule the publ-ic hearing on the
1982-83 budget for Saturday, September 11, 1982, at 9:00 A.M.,
in the Council Chambers. Motion seconded by Vice Mayor Warnke
and carried 4-0.
The meeting adjourned at 7:34 P.M. upon motion by Councilman
deLong and the council went into budget session.
