R95-019 RESOLUTION NO. R95-/?
A RESOLUTI~)N OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A WATER SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND FRANCALBY CORP.; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the subject property is located on the north side of Hypoluxo Road,
of High Ridge Road; and
WHEREAS, the developer will be constructing a private sewage lift station to se~
the entire site, and also extend a city water main and force main across Hypoluxo Ro~
which will allow the City to serve the approximately 250 homes lying north of H
Road, but east of the E-4 canal; and
WHEREAS, the City will extend appropriate credits back to the developer
oversizing the water main, which will connect to our lift station 717 collection system;
WHEREAS, the developer will contribute $15,900 toward the upgrading of lift
717, to accommodate the additional flow.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
~ The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
execute a Water Service Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and
Corp., said Agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ~" day of February, 1995.
