A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE FULL RELEASE OF SURETY IN
THE AMOUNT OF $6,655, TO CHECKERS DRIVE-
IN RESTAURANTS, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, staff has verified completion of the required
improvements on the above property; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, FlOrida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby
authorizes full release of surety in the amount of $6,655 to
Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby authorizes full release of surety mn the
amount of $6,655 to Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc.
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
