A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. R94-87, EXPANDING THE SCOPE OF
SERVICES FOR ROSSI AND MALAVASI ENGINEERS FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR MINER ROAD; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on May 17, 1994, the City Commission approved the
execution of a Contract with Rossi and Malavasi, Engineers,
Inc., or engineering services for Miner Road; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to expand
the scope of services for that Contract; and
WHEREAS, the expanded scope of services is attached hereto

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
~ The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida does hereby amend Resolution No. R94-87, to
encompass the expanded scope of services, attached hereto as
Exhibit "A"
~ That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon passage.

Additional Professional Services
Dear Miss Parker:
As discussed with Mr. Javier Lopez, Prject Manager for Miner Road; we feel the
funds allocated between the City of Boynton Beach and Palm Beach County will be
enough to cover the additional cost for the construction of a third lane within the
limits of the existing road along Chalet IV Subdivision, approximately 1200 feet of
roadway.
This office proposes to provide the additional engineering services to include
the following:
Topographical Work
a. As-Built of the existing Drainage and Paving.
b. Cross section every 1 00 feet.
c. Setting up targets for aerial photography.
Aerial Photography
Engineering Design
Additional Soils Survey
In addition to the above this office will prepare the survey for the one acre
parcel to be located on Mr. Glick's property for the Drainage Retention Pond.
This office proposes to provide the above described services for the Lump Sum
Price of $ 7,400.00.
