A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE FULL RELEASE OF SURETY IN THE AMOUNT OF
$28,050, TO PULTE HOMES (MEADOW LAKE P.U.D.,
a/k/a/TRACT "M"); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIV~
DATE.
WEEREAS, staff has verified completion of the required
site improvements on the above property; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby
authorizes full release of surety in the amount of $28,050.00
to PULTE HOMES (Meadow Lake P.U.D.,a/k/a Tract "M").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
