A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A REDUCTION OF SURETY TO K.
HOVNANIAN, (LAWRENCE GROVES - PLAT 2)
FROM $287,617 TO $26,200; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach
has prevmously accepted surety in the amount of $287,617 for
required site improvements for the above referenced project;
and
WHEREAS, staff has determined and advised that all
required site improvemenss have been substantially completed
with the exception of the pavemen5 which still requires the
final lift of asphalt.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
~-~ The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby approves the reduction of surety
submitted by K. Hovnanian (Lawrence Groves - Plat 2) from
$287,617 to $26,000.00 to reflect substantial completion of
the requmed site improvements and conformance with City Code
of Ordinances, as certified by Engineer of Record Rossi and
Malavasi.
