A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A RELEASE OF SURETY TO K.
HOVNANIAN, (LAWRENCE GROVES - PLAT 1) IN
THE AMOUNT OF $38,315.00; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach
has previously accepted surety in the amount of $38,315.00 for
on-site paving and drainage and utilities for the above
referenced project; and
WHEREAS, staff has determined and advised that all
required site improvements have been substantially complete~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
~ The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby approves the release of surety
submitted by K. Hovnanian (Lawrence Groves - Plat 1) in the
amount of $38,315.00.
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
